CGR- stands for Certified Graduate Associate. This certification was developed by the NAHB University of Housing. This certification identifies John F. Hendricks III- owner of Refined Remodeling Inc as one of the building industry’s top professionals. There are less than 2000 remodelers in the entire country that have earned this certification.

The CGR designation requires that graduates meet certain standards of business practice, have a minimum of five years remodeling industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete a comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program’s code of ethics.
