After breaking ground in late spring
of 2009, the Scottsville Chapel of Strode Funeral opened in January 24th, 2010. The funeral home is owned by Charles Strode,
Charlotte Strode Birge and Brandy Harwood. The spacious facility has 12, 000 square feet under its roof and 9.720 square foot
in the interior of the building all conveniently located on one level . The funeral home has two large family viewing rooms,
one funeral chapel, arrangements office, lounge, children's room and more. all equipped with state of the art audio and
video equipment.
