Hazel Pauline Cook Keen Crawford, age 88, of Glasgow,
formerly of Tompkinsville passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the NHC Healthcare in Glasgow.
She was born
September 15, 1923 in Monroe County, KY to the late Byrd Cook and Florence Coe Cook. She was a retired housekeeping employee
of Monroe Health & Rehab, a member of the East Main Church of Christ in Glasgow. She was the widow of Vora Haskel
Keen who died in 1955 and Hubert Crawford who died in 1991.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Patricia
and Leon Hammer of Glasgow, two nephews Freddie Tooley of Tompkinsville and John Tooley of Cave City, KY, seven grandchildren,
Edward Hammer & wife Gina, Richard Hammer & wife Trudy, Michael Hammer & wife Karen, Shelia Strange & husband
Todd, Craig Ogletree & wife Lenea, David Ogletee & wife Elizabeth, Chris Keen & wife Cristy, 22 Great grandchildren
In addition to her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by a son: Steven Wayne Keen, two sisters: Robbie
Tooley and Mary Alice Cook
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 28 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral
Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
Visitation will be after 2:00
PM on Friday, January 27 at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.
Memorials are suggested to the Arthritis Foundation.
