IN MEMORY OF:
Truman Ray Thompson

Truman Ray Thompson, age 79, of Tompkinsville, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

He was born February 23, 1932 in Monroe County, KY to the late William Dow Thompson and Bedie Ann Ford Thompson. He was a retired processor for Dairymen Corp., of the Baptist faith and the husband of Wilma Rhoton Thompson.

He is survived by his wife: Wilma Rhoton Thompson, one son and daughter-in-law: Derek and Katrina Thompson, one brother: Robert Thompson all of Tompkinsville, four sisters: Ruby Jones, Ersie LeMasters and Francis Adalene Walden all of Louisville, Wanda Ford of Taylorsville, IN and one grandson: Jordan Ray Thompson of Tompkinsville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Frank and Raymond Thompson and one sister: Ruth Oller.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 19 at 1:00 PM at Freedom #2 Baptist Church in Monroe County with burial to follow in the Freedom #2 Cemtery.

Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Friday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville

Memorials are suggested to the Freedom # 2 Cemetery
