Corinne Sue Bean Wilson

Corinne Sue Bean Wilson, age 77, of Tompkinsville, passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.

She was born May 8, 1934 in Monroe County, KY to the late Jesse Sherman Bean and Delottie Ann Gillenwater Bean. She was a home maker, loved sewing, gardening and bird watching. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on November 17, 1956 to Erie Wilson who survives.

She is survived by her husband Erie Wilson on Tompkinsville, two sons and one daughter-in-law: Larry O. and Sue Wilson and Bradley Wilson all of Tompkinsville, four daughters and three sons-in-law: Shirley Wilson and companion Joe Moody, Janice and Fowler Denton all of Tompkinsville, Vicki and Craig Gunn of Wilmore, KY, Melissa and Phil Stillwell of Alvaton, KY, one brother: J. T. Bean of Tompkinsville, step-mother: Alas Bean of Tompkinsville, 8 grandchildren  3 step grandchildren  1 great grandchild 5 step great grandchildren

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Mark Thompson.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 27 at 1:00 PM at strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Wilson Cemetery in Monroe County

Friends may call after 2:00 PM on Monday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.

Memorials are suggested to the Harlans Crossroad Cemetery, Wilson Cemetery or St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
